Mr. Guruprasad Srinivasan

Executive Director and Group CEO

Guru is the Executive Director and Group CEO of the company. A founding member, Guru was the fourth employee of the company. He has more than 25 years of experience of industry experience, including leadership roles at GE Health, Hewitt Associates and People One Consulting.

Guru is a Stanford Ignite Graduate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, in addition to having a Master’s in Business Administration. Over the years at Quess, Guru has built the Work Force Management Platform to be an industry-leading one, set up the Shared Services Centre, integrated the Asset Management Business, and has been part of the team that takes key decisions at the corporate level.

A natural leader, Guru has keen interest in photography and restoring Vintage vehicles.

Director

Pinaki Kar is the President of our Global Technology Solutions business and spearheads the IT Services & Staffing business, Business Process Management, and Customer Life Cycle management across India, US, Canada, and Singapore. Pinaki has over 24 years of experience in the industry and has an exemplary track record of driving growth in Global Technology Services. Pinaki worked at Zensar Technologies before joining Quess, where he was the President & Chief Executive of Infrastructure Management and Cloud Solutions. Before that, he was the CEO & President of Wipro Infocrossing, where he executed a gamut of roles spanning P&L Leadership, Geography Head, Sales & Marketing, M&A, and Corporate Development and Strategy. Pinaki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University and a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur. He was the keynote speaker in leading industry forums like Gartner Summit and IDC Conclave. He has also represented the Indian IT Industry as a member of the Prime Minister’s business delegation during the then PM’s state visit.

Mr. Kamal Pal Hoda

Non-Executive Director and Group CFO

Mr. Kamal Pal Hoda is Group CFO, Quess Corp Limited. Mr. Kamal is a Chartered Accountant having extensive experience in Core Business Finance with reputed Indian listed companies. He has held strategic positions with conglomerates leading large finance teams and also played a pivotal role in the implementation of various Finance ERPs and digital initiatives in his work experience. Before joining Quess, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Hindustan Zinc (a Vedanta Group Company)’s Mining Business.

He has played a pivotal role in the implementation of various Finance ERPs and digital initiatives during his work experience. He takes pride in being recognized as “TOP 250 GREAT MANAGERS” across India by People Business consulting and has won many accolades for Leadership excellence.

Lakshmi Sarada has given expert opinions and advisory services on Company Law matters. Lakshmi Sarada has represented before NCLT, RBI and Reginal Director on several matters. Prior to this, Arjun served as Senior Vice President and Global Head at Wipro where he built several new businesses in the energy, utilities, mining, engineering, construction and operations, working closely with Fortune 100 companies in their digital, outsourcing and business transformation agendas across 30 countries. Arjun holds an engineering degree from B.M.S. College of Engineering and had participated in several leadership programs in IIM Bangalore and Harvard Business School. He is passionate about driving growth and mentoring leaders.

Mohan is BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Guindy. He had served Wipro for 18 years in various roles managing a global P&L of $100Mn. His last role was Group Head – Cloud Enterprise Apps & Digital. Prior to that, he spent about 10+ years as an Oracle, SAP & JD Edwards consultant. At Conneqt he will build new Digital IT competencies & establish technology partnerships. He will lead the growth agenda for Digital IT services in the global GICs in India & support Digital growth in the IT & BPM markets in India

Sajeev Nair , currently CTO of digital IT Services @ Conneqt Business Solutions has  26+ years of niche expertise in architecting  and implementing Enterprise class IT solutions in  Digital Transformation, Integration and Cognitive Automation projects. He was a serving member of NASSCOM SIG on Engineering Automation and ex -COO of NIIT Incessant pvt Ltd (Coforge DPA),apart of serving in  senior  roles in Mphasis Ltd ,Mindtree and Happiest minds technologies. His current roles and responsibilities include Technology direction for Conneqt Digital and P&L ownership of Digital Engineering &Automation portfolio of Offerings .

Krishnan is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Conneqt. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the finance function at Conneqt that includes financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, and corporate strategy. He has over 21 years of experience across industries and prior to joining Conneqt, he served in a variety of finance leadership roles in Tata Projects and Blue Star.

Chief Human Resource Officer

Anjali Chand is the Chief Human Resource Officer of Conneqt Business Solutions Ltd. She carries over 21 Years of rich experience in the field of Indian Army and Human Resources in Telecom and ITES across different facets of HR including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Shared Services and L&D. Prior to Conneqt, Anjali was Vice President of HR with Firstsource Solutions Ltd. leading business and corporate teams globally. Anjali completed her PG certification in Business Management from IIM Indore and graduated from Delhi University. She is passionate about DEI initiatives and has been closely associated with several institutions to do significant work in this area.
